Yoga; A Netti Pot looks kind of like an Aladdins Genie Lamp. Used to clear out your sinuses by tilting ones head to side and pouring warm epsom salts water or distilled water into one nostril, thru sinuses and drain out thru other nostril. Cuts a common cold's duration time by 2/3 rds. It's hated but worth it! I have a plastic measure cup and bastor tube for this purpose ONLY. Has exact same effect as a real Netti treatment. Better in the shower after you clean and sterile. It can be messy and takes practice to perfect. Extremely un-nerving 1st few times. Most search engines have better descriptions then I, lol.

ok, its time to disclose how this all went down. Atli and i were at a drum n bass thing along with other friends, drinking beer and i say "i wonder how many hits you'd get if you took a silly picture of me and posted it on your flickr page" and he goes "oh wow, thats an awesome idea!!" and then i stick a bottle up my nose and go " will this do? " and the rest, as they say , is history....
:p
here's another picture from that same evening where atli does an excellent Hobbes imitation, and i just look like an idiot (but was supposed to be doing a Calvin imitation)
