Bet Caesars' is super glad they rushed the new Octavius Tower (that's the one going up behind the Augustus Tower there) now that room rates are dropping so fast around here.
The Octavius has all but popped up overnight, there's now a wall of Caesars-ness between I-15 and The Strip along Flamingo Road. You can see the Rio in the background.
