This is a traditional UGS design that was dyed on a goose egg. There is only one small hole in the bottom of the egg through which the contents were removed. Some of the symbols on this egg are:
Rose ~ Love and caring.
Pine Needles ~ Eternal youth and health.
Ladder ~ Symbolic of searching, good husbandry.
Red ~ Sun, happiness in life, hope and passion.

thanksinall - yes, I don't use templates or anything. I use a kistka to write on the egg with beeswax and then dye the egg in a series of dye baths between writing the design. Thanks!
