Baby

Another shot of the satsuma mandarins I purchased, this time in my daughter's hand. I tell her she has expressive hands and she laughs saying they look aged.:) Nicer in black.

This photograph along with ten others is available to two raffle prize winners in Siri's fund raising event for "Vaidehi home for destitute girls" in Hyderabad.

Vegan, gluten-free, carob cupcakes with strawberry frosting

I used carob powder for the very first time yesterday and I loved it! It is not exactly cocoa powder but it is pretty close. The frosting is made of cashew cream with strawberries and strong hint of thyme. Thyme is so addictive!!
