I am unreasonably pleased at this spontaneous portrait taken of family and long-held and dear friends at our home on December 30th. The composition is great, everyone is looking at the camera, and everyone is smiling (even Steven!) A keeper. Some of these friends have been in my life since I was 9. And now my kid plays with theirs. Awesome.
