Sooling from Singapore sent me this photo of kimbap that she made!
She says, "i used crab meat, cucumber, egg, green veg n yellow reddish- nothing fanciful though.as for the rice, i actually mixed n stirred with some sesame oil too i simply love the smell of it .. i sprinkled some ground red pepper onto e kimbap for the 'kick' instead. it tastes good n i think it helps in e col. presentation as well:)"
Sooling, I sometimes make kimbap using only a few ingredients(yelow radish, crab meat, spinach), but it's tasty!
