My lovely friend Karen is having a party tomorrow for her daughter and son-in-law - they were married in America on New Year's Day, and this is their first visit home since then. So, she asked me if I would make a cupcake each for the Bride and Groom. Hope they like them.

I love how you've got the bride's one in a white case and the groom's in black. The pearlised embossing on the bride's dress is just lovely and the groom's pocket handkerchief is the perfect touch!

these are so gorgeous amanda!!!great idea and beautifully presented.The baking paper that u used for the grooms cupcake was it really dark black.i have had a hard time finding black papers that withstand the baking prcess and not look grey after baking.
