garbanzo bean salad

      Yummy! I picked up some garbanzo beans at the store last week, wanting to find something to do with them. I like the idea of a cold salad. Is that cabbage, red onion, and a dressing?

      its garbanzo beans, finely chopped shallots, parsley, and a handful of cheese, in this case, cheddar and Monterey jack. With an olive oil and basalmic vinegar dressing, plus salt and pepper.
