      I spoke with him over the phone last week briefly and I have a standing offer to go meet with him -- just have to find the time! He's skeptical, so I decided to just go ahead and go forward with releasing the concept.

      I did talk to a bunch of other lawfolks (like Jason S from the EFF) and found general support. Given that, it seemed high time that I put it out there!
