The Commoner's Tower

The Commoner's Tower

A view towards the so-called Commoner's Tower of Ribe Cathedral, which is one of the most important cathedrals in Denmark and supposedly built at the same site as the very first scandinavian church (which dates back to around 860 and was built by Ansgar, an Archbishop of Hamburg-Bremen at the time). The first stone church at the site was built between 1110 and 1134). The cathedral as well as the town of Ribe itself, has a very interesting history.

12-second exposure (guessed at EV12) on FP4+ with my Agfa ISOLA Pinhole camera (f/154) and developed in DD-X 1+4.

My Very First Camera

My Very First Camera

I really would like to post images here more often than is currently the case. However, that requires that I have stuff to post. This one is from last summer. My eldest son with my very first camera: An Agfa Silette-L bought used by my parents and given to me as a birthday present some time in the first half of the 80'ties.

Captured with my Agfa ISOLA II on Fuji Reala film. No meter (guessed at EV 12-13).

Atlantic Wall Remnant

Atlantic Wall Remnant

Old German bunker on the West coast beach of Jutland, Denmark. Once part of the Atlantic Wall it is now slowly being swallowed by the North Sea.

I Love This Pinhole Thing

I Love This Pinhole Thing

Like so many others, I've been bitten by the pinhole bug. There's no turning back for me now -- and its great :-)

This one's a bit old (from last July), but I've been so busy trying to finish my master's thesis that photography had to be put on hold. This is a perhaps slightly busy scene from the harbor of Sønderborg, Denmark.

4-second exposure on FP4+ using my Agfa ISOLA Pinhole camera (f/154) and developed in DD-X 1+4.
