I set up the 5D on my Gitzo in my passenger's seat, and remotely triggered. I composed it prior to hitting the road, and put it in Aperture priority, f/22, and adjusted the exposure to drop it down around 1/3 - 2/3 stops (I can't remember.) With a circular polarizer.

1 hour in DC, I wanted to give adequate time to roam the typical tourist spots, so i opted (on a friend's suggestion) to simply walk around DuPont circle. Yes, it was fun. Yes, I'm coming back. No, I don't want to live here.
