    bread (crust for mouth)
    peanut butter
    banana
    mini chocolate chips (i would have used regular size if I'd had them)
    **Fruit leather cut into the shape of a mouth would be a darling alternative.

    I used a bowl as a template for the head and cut the ears and muzzle with kitchen shears.
