    Interesting sky colors here. Did you pop a flash to illuminate the sand? Nicely done.

    No I blended two exposures. The clouds were intense tonight. Many different layers and colors. Pretty surreal.

    We had "blah" all day. It cleared a bit this afternoon, but then went flat again right around sunset. I drove out to the lake for zip.

    Yeah I wish I had gone out about an hour before but the wife and I were working on this bed we're refinishing. I missed some good light on the clouds opposite the sun.

    Great composition -- I like that curvy, prickly grass in the foreground the best.
