Actually standing here, one notices how narrow this creek bed area really is. The original 1967 Patterson-Gimlin film (photo) shows a much wider, flatter area. However, we must remember that over 40 years of weather, erosion, and vegetation growth may color our perceptions.
The Believe It Tour is deeply indebted and appreciative of Steve for taking us to this site and spending time with us to witness this historic location.
