or rather color of India from the weekly market of Kalimpong !

This is Michelia champaca ; locally we call it "Champ" ( Nepali word) ; when the sun goes back home and night starts creeping in slowly - a Champ tree in full bloom lights up the forest ! This tree belongs to Magnoliaceae family. Soon I will show you a magnificent magnolia. I was roaming in the forest of Kalimpong for the last 3 days. Hope all of you are doing fine. Lots of Love. In Darjeeling there is at least one "Sunrise " everyday but that spectacle is not visible everyday. I know a person who failed to catch a glimpse of that magic at Tiger Hill even after 12 attempts.Don't loose heart . Even if " Sun Rise " & Kanchanzangha fails to keep their appointment with you ( as they did on that day with me) there will be enough magic , enough fire work on the sky which will keep you busy with your camera.
