Really proud of my daughter, Alison, second from left, and her Alta Sierra Intermediate (Clovis) competition cheer teammates, on their win in their division of the USA Nationals at Disneyland. Here is the moment when they found they won first place. A memory none of them, and we parents will soon forget.

Called upon to come up with photos that reflect the weather- here a rainy day- I did that as I found it literally reflected in the windows of the Henry Madden Library, at Fresno State, as students make their way to classes.

Brilliant Fall colors of Chinese pistache and ginko trees in the Shinzen Friendship Garden are reflected in the Woodward Park lake as a coot skims across the water.
This took a little planning. After seeing the colors reflected in the water and picking what focal length of lens to use, I just had to wait for a coot to come by.
