Famous in China

Famous in China

I've come to the conclusion "Kelvin" must be insanely famous in China. Literally every single person from China that I've ever known in Canada has added an "L" to my name for no apparent reason. I never really thought too much of it, but then when I actually went to China, it started happening again. I'm known as Kelvin, called Kelvin, my name is, without fail, written as Kelvin. So, I can only deduce that somebody in China named Kelvin is extraordinarily famous.

The Venetian Macau

The Venetian Macau

We spent the majority of the day at The Venetian Macau, which is similar in style to The Venetian in Las Vegas, but MUCH bigger. In fact, it's the largest building in all of Asia by square footage, and the sixth largest in the World. The size and scale of it is absolutely amazing! There are endless amount of shops (most too expensive to even think about stepping foot in!) and restaurants, along with a Cirque du Soleil production called ZAIA that we took in.

The Bubble Show

The Bubble Show

One of the main public attractions at The City of Dreams in Macau is "The Bubble Show" a short story that takes guests on a journey into a supernatural realm of the four Dragon Kings. Each dragon enjoys a moment of boundless power with the Jade Emperor's mighty Pearl of Wisdom. As guests move from one Dragon King’s land to the next they are immersed in a visual spectacle as elements unique to each region swirl on the 360 degree dome screen.

The City of Dreams

Looking towards the newest mega development on the ever extending Cotai Strip in Macau, The City of Dreams, from the driveway area of the massive Venetian Macau, which itself is the largest structure in Asia by square footage, and sixth largest in the World. The City of Dreams features three massive hotels; The Grand Hyatt Macau, Crown Towers, and Hard Rock Hotel along with a gigantic casino.
