São Miguel, Azores
Archipelago of the Azores, Portugal. São Miguel is the most populous of the 9 islands. The island is stretched and from this point you can see both sides of the island. Far in clouds is the highest peak of São Miguel - Pico da Vara, 1103m high. On other island of Azores, named Pico, 2351m high, is located the highest peak in the Azores and the whole Portugal. The other name for São Miguel island is Ilha Verde (the green island), because there you can see all shades of green.
