      Lovely closeup of your your friend's hand. Racoons are almost as capable as monkeys when they use their hands/front paws. I have seen them open plastic containers and bird feeders.

      I love raccoon feet! They are so dexterous--we have always had many coon visitors to our porch (and feed them dog food, too), and joked about how well they would do at cards!

      Cute, and very smart. Our raccoons can open any birdfeeder lid. Ones that require twisting and turning too!

      Great shot! We have a racoon visitor who comes day and night to share the cat's water and wash his hands.
