Xanthocomic

    Newer Older

Xanthocomic means "yellow-haired". Who knew. I was xanthocomic when I was younger, but it is dishwater blonde now.
These lovely young ladies, however, fit the bill. My lovely neice and my great-neice, with their beauty smiles and flaxen hair.

New word to me, but will I remember it tomorrow? Doubtful. Will I remember your nieces' smiles? You bet! Gorgeous portrait, Sara.

Thank you, Foxlike. Nice to meet you!
This was a new word for me, as well. I was surprised by the meaning when I googled it. Been xanthocomic all my life and never knew.
      Thank you, I think so.
      Thank you, Dan.
