If you like meat, this book is a must. Everything about beef, pork, veal, lamb. I had some porterhouse in the freezer, so I tried their skillet porterhouse. Easy! One cast iron skillet, one porterhouse steak, sea salt, cracked black pepper, olive oil and, being French, I had to add some garlic. All is in the cooking. I served it with caramelized shallots. Delicious!
