schmidtly, very good observation, I think one can well see the vibration of the little tails - what a nice idea!

How did you get high enough up to take it all into the one frame?
It's looking just lovely. The colours are beautiful and the yarn itself seems so smooth (in the close ups) and soft.

I feel sick seeing all those ends! But the hexagons, very pretty!

Out of my Mind... I put the blanket on the ground and went up one floor... We are past making it possible by climbing on a chair now.
The yarn is indeed very soft, extra fine merino, what's annoying a bit is that it tends to split a bit. But I have been crocheting a muffler and hat of it, washed them a few times in the machine, no pilling or shrinking/felting... nice yarn for a blanket, too, I thought.

yarnloopie there are so many ends on the other side, it actually looks like a kind of fur! Very pretty, by the way... but I guess there will be some posts on my blog about that fur when it comes to weaving in...

You are a wonderful artist. I love reading your blog, your delightful slightly fractured English has me in stitches!

I think I was so brave to to dare to write my blog in English!
      Thanks for your kind words.
