Victoria Gardens, located in Epcot's Canada Pavilion, is one of my favorite places in Disney World.

I don't think this was the Pirates of the Caribbean. Actually, this nose heavy craft had just left the Polynesian Resort marina for a cruise on Seven Seas Lagoon. Judging by the size of the passengers, it was Disney's Pirate Adventure. During 24 years of visiting Disney World, I think that this was the only time that I saw this boat.
