The Studebaker Building was constructed in 1925 and was home to the Peninsular Motor Company, said to have been home to the fourth largest Studebaker dealer in 1925. However, the company went bankrupt in the late 1920s The building is on the National Register of Historic Places. In, 2011, when the photograph was taken, the building housed a Federal government research facilitiy.
