      Thanks! And - er - I'm not sure. The original photo (http://www.flickr.com/photos/23676258@N08/22 55381454/in/set-72157603874590963/) was taken by accident, really - I had a cup of tea and carried it over to the windowsill to take a photo of it shining in the sun. But when I tilted the camera, the reflection of the trees appeared perfectly in it, and the camera's 'gros fleurs' setting (it's a hand-me-down french camera; I suppose it's the macro setting) focused on the trees. So this time, since it was a cloudy day, I added milk to the tea to soften it, and got a bit of the saucer.

      love this! I took a tea shot and discovered a similar reflection, yours is a much better cup and shot!

      same issue, trying to get natural light for the photo! moving to a window...and voila
