      What a beauty! Good composition and beautiful subject. The swirls and reflections on the black water work so well.
      On digital, a "grey day" so often looks good.....as here, possibly better than in sun?
      Looks like there must be a waterfall just out of sight?

      The flat light works very well in this image. Lovely autumn colours in the foliage and the white swirls are a nice contrast in the dark water.

      Pure magic! Not only one of your best but one of the best images I've seen this year! I was up in Perthshire on Tuesday but was far less successful than you the trees were all either too uniformly green or bare!
