"May I come in?" said the familiar voice of the investigator as he stood waiting in the doorway to Mr. Staheli's office. "Back again are we Inspector Devious?" answered the man behind the desk with a little laugh "As you can see Sir I have not turned into a cross dresser so those wares that woman is on about would certainly be of no interest to me"

The detective let out a small laugh of his own at the mans comments "No, no I'm here on another matter....Actually just some quick clarification is all."

"Fine, but I've told you all I know" the words came with a heavy sigh as he reached for the bottle of scotch oh his desk lifting it towards the detective in offering of a drink. "And if we could please make this quick, while I'm always eager to help the law I am a busy man."

"You sure have been "busy" that much is certain" the words come with a hint of suspicious from the investogator "And no, I'll pass on the drink.Now I am to understand you and..."he pauses pulling out a notepad before going on "Oh yes, here according to our last conversation you and "that slut" as you called her Ms. Meehan are in no way connected?"

Mr. Staheli stared at the detective a moment his eyes slightly narrowing "If that is what I told you then no we are not. Aside from her constant annoying racket at that theater and making false claims that send detectives to interrupt my day we have no connection."

"I see. well thank you Mr. Staheli" he said turning to leave. He stops "Oh one last thing though." reaching into his coat and pulling out a manila envelope, he takes a picture from inside and slides it across the desk to the man "Could you help me clarify this picture since that is your apartment yes? And that is the slut you have no connection too as well?"

Mr Staheli leans forward and looks at the picture his eyes lingering over the form of the woman, he can't help to let a little smirk creep to his lips before settling back into his seat "No comment" the words come with a wider smirk.

I haven't' always been the best of guys, I am totally fucked up some days. You have always loved me in spite of it and I appreciate it more that I could ever tell you. You are and will always be the one for me.
