The Avenue trees in mists and sun

Please see flickstr.basementserver.com/famr/faves/

This avenue is part of Halton RAF, and the public is so lucky to have access, although photography is not encouraged. I have been stopped but not yet arrested.

I guess these trees were planted by the Rothschild family, who owned this land before the RAF. and have left us so many beautiful trees.

I took this one at the same time, and have posted it a year later.-- flickr.com/photos/algo/370768369/

a little beaut'. It leads the eye... to where 'though? A nuclear bunker? Have a nice day Alex! It is frosty here in Buckingham, but so far no sun or mist to go with it!

    Terrific comments. Thanks so much.
It looks nice outside, but cold - so I'm staying tucked in with cat and laptop to reply.
Yes, Ken, RAF rows, but planted by the Rothschilds as part of Halton Grand Manor House. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Halton_House

Yes, Paul/Yettis doings, easy to say. I have been stopped several times, and released on the promise to desist. And they have patrolling Alsations and dirty great warning notices.
WOW! Doesn't that make me sound brave.

Sun on its way to you, Peter, but it is cold. Just poked my nose out - brrr!
It's on the sports field, so unless they have a bunker under the pavilion .......
