Good evening from cold and rainy Northgermany....what a wonderful waving of light through the clouds....nearly unbelievable that I didn't take my cam with me the last wet and stormy days, even when walking 3 Basenjis I meanwhile manage to take photos (with square horizons....) so I am having my light of today here on your stream....

      Extraordinary the essential
      the most basic
the light pouring from the mist
as if attracted to a magicians hand
      setting up it’s own geometry
      almost perpendicular
      and in the floating surroundings
the faint a voice of an angel
a reminder of who we are
and how temporal our stay here
from the primordial mist you have come
the light will find a direction home

Great picture! I love the light. If it was not for the cable it would have been perfect.

    30. algo (68 months ago | reply)

      What cable, Inecita?

Thanks for all the kind and encouraging comments. I was lucky in that I was snapping at a landscape when this sunbeam suddenly shone out, and I was able to catch two shots. I waited and waited for it to reappear, as I hoped for something better in the other direction --- but no such luck. Just another late lunch.

I love playing with the clouds shapes... I can see clearly the map of England; a sitting mouse, a big bone for my big dog, ... And of course, God goes on speaking to you :-))) Why does he have to repeat and repeat again? :-))))

It's pure joy to watch such a beautiful skyscape my friend :-)

Outstanding Shot! Please add this wonder to our pool! It would be a great addition :-)
