金城民防坑道；Kinmen Civil Defense Tunnel

金門的歷史有一千六百年之久，至今在金門仍保留許多珍貴的民宅、宮廟、宗祠、教堂及洋樓等這些歷史縮影與文化的根源。
In troubled times 1600 years ago, fugitives fled here in haste, dodging their pursuers, seeking refuge. From initial fear and doubt, they developed a liking for the place, and then a sense of belonging. After a few sunrises and sunsets, nobody asked any more where they came from. Here, is where! That place of peace of mind.

翟山坑道； Jhaishan Tunnel

翟山坑道於民國52年(823砲戰後) 開挖，全區為花崗片麻岩構成，岩石堅硬，鑿挖工程艱鉅，耗時三年完成。
The Jhaishan Tunnels were built in 1963, after the Aug. 23rd bombardment. The whole area was comprised of grainte gneiss, and the tunnels took 3 years to complete.
