I have been experimenting with taking and editing photos with my iphone. Having the ability to upload from my phone right to flickr or my blog, etc. is definitely convenient. Now that I am learning what to look for as far as blurriness goes on the phone, I am liking it even more.

www.dawnshumate.com Recently, I had the pleasure of accompanying the kindergarten class, at my sons school, on their expedition field trip "Water, Water, Everywhere". Everyone was delighted to learn about and explore a natural mountain spring and a thriving, critter-filled creek. Here, a student shows off one of his discoveries for the day: a crawdad. The students briefly studied what they found, then released all the little creatures back into the creek.
