Sorry (Explored)
looks much better large on black
So I finally went and bought a macro lens yesterday & this was the first shot I took with it. Although not a macro picture, I thought it was a neat picture to demonstrate it's ability as far as depth of field. After playing around with this lens for about an hour yesterday, I can tell that this is going to be a favorite :^)
This picture was taken on my dining room table, illuminated by window light. The table is a wood table, but the glare from the window light makes it look white. I thought it turned out cool. Only cropping and slight levels adjustment (contrast) were done to the image.

Great work, I just purchased a macro myself, and suffering without a computer for few days ( is being check at the store), I have no idea what the pics look like. :(

I Love the artist feel of this fantastic macro the, light and perspective work here are perfect.
I also liked that you put the link to your new lens. I so often wonder what lens a person has used and then have to go to the More Properties then guess from there LOL / this looks like a great addition to anyone's toy box ( camera case) the macro I use is the www.vistek.ca/store/CameraLenses/168224/canon -ef-100mm-f2...
