      Very nice. I love corned beef and cabbage too. I just went and bought enough to make a double batch. Then on Saturday I participate in an Irish Stew contest. I get to eat as much as I want and then I vote by giving them money. The one with the most money is the winner. And here is the best part. All the money that each of the entrants get go to a charity that they pick. It is a win, win, win. Follow that by a St Pats parade and possibly a movie and maybe a pint... not necessarily in that order... what a perfect day.

      Oh Yes Yes yes double batch... I ALWAYS do that LOL...

      This year I will be in Vegas for St.Pats day.. I am hoping they have some great stuff out there..
