Mother nature dislikes the incessant ringing

A little candle-powered toy that uses the hot air rising from the candles to spin the top part around, which strikes the bells making a little ding ding ding ding ding ding. I bring the jasmine plant inside for the winter and it tends to explore. I found the vine that was crawling through the bird cage, but had overlooked this vine which had grabbed the toy.
