miichan.. thanks for having a look at my fire boat. The treatment is called OOB for out of bounds, or out of frame is another word for this. You take a photo and try to make it look 3D..ish. Nice group of people here. Here is a link to a tutorial by Serrator if you would like to try this for fun.
