      The fact that someone has coloured in the "d" adds rather than detracts from this. It seems to complement the red of the girl's lips and the tray! Does anyone else have similarly 'improved' book covers??

      it's very striking - i thought 'wow - i've never seen anything like that before' - in the few seconds before I saw your comment I assumed penguin had done it!
