David Lawrence, the ex-publisher of the Miami Herald when it won all sorts of awards and prizes.
He came to speak to our journalism class and ended up 'dissing' one kid and giving us a valuable history lesson.
We've heard this lesson over and over but today was different because it touched what we're passionate for: journalism.
He was great and this may not be a 'fashionable' picture of him but he was in his ELEMENT.
