This is for our Lenten Sermon Series. In the
series we are focusing on the last 10,080
minutes of Christ's life and how he spent
them. Through this we are asking the
congregation to reflect on how they spend
their time. We are asking them to focus more
on prayer, study and reflection. The idea of
putting it in a planner was to remind them to
think about and schedule time time in to
their daily lives. We are still in the
development phases, but it is getting to
deadline time soon. What do you think?
I dig it! Except one pet peeve (wow, is
today my pet peeve day???): the hand-writing
looks like a font, since all the letters are
very standard. The e's are the same, and the
0's are, too. How about hand-scribbling it
on a sheet of paper, scanning it, and using
it for the effect? In this design, it
actually doesn't bother me as much as most,
and sometimes the clarity of using an
off-the-shelf script font actually aids in
viewability, but it's still a peeve :)
BTW, is that stock photography, or did you
take the photo yourself?
Thanks, unfortunately we don't have a working
scanner right now. I don't like using script
fonts either because I think they kinda look
fake. It is a stock photo.

Just either modify the individual letters (especially those e's) or work in photoshop to fade, smear, etc.
I might move your logo to the other page, just for balance.

I think the choice of purple for the ink is a little un-realistic. What about a typical blue ink (for more pop than black).
