Cocaleros en marcha

    Los productores de la hoja de coca, que es una planta sagrada de los Inkas, alimenticia y medicinal, marcharon también por mi barrio, reclamando mejores pagos por su producto.

    Que la gente inescrupulosa produzca estupefacientes es otro asunto; estos productores le venden al estado peruano, para producir bolsitas de infusión, harina y otros productos de uso sano y totalmente legal (El estado le provee a la Coca Cola).

      Love that red colour in the middle of the people! I understand their fight, when I visit your country, I realised how important the coca leaves and the tea were important to fight against altitude problems!

      Hay problemas internos y externos; sobre todo, por la incomprensión. Espero que se deje de menospreciar a la hoja de coca; pues se ha demostrado científicamente que tiene muchas propiedades positivas para el hombre....!!!!

      El extranjero que visite Cusco se podrá dar cuenta que beneficios tiene el buen uso de esa planta (sus hojas). Se ha satanizado a la Coca al punto que querer exterminar a una planta (un ser vivo que tardo millones de años en evolucionar) y es injusto, lo que se deberia de erradicar es el mal uso que hacen de ella. Porque no erradican el tabaco? porque ya se ha difundido tanto su uso que se le considera algo normal.
      Ramiro: Hace poco probe una torta hecha con harina de hojas de coca ... deliciosa. Te la recomiendo. Saludos.

      Buena foto y me uno a tu comentario sobre la coca, pero es una lástima que hay gente ambiciosa que da uso comercial indebido la cual causa mala fama a esta planta tan preciada de los Inkas y hoy en día de nuestra gente andina. Saludos.

      Me gusta tu foto, realmente es todo un tema. El otro día detuvieron a un camionero de Salta (Argentina) en el puente que nos une con Argentina por llevar 500 grs. de hoja de coca y bicarbonato. Concuerdo plenamente contigo.
      Las barreras culturales son eso, BARRERAS que separan los pueblos. Falta comprensión sobre la dimensión del cultivo, la necesidad de supervivencia y el mantenimiento de una cultura..
      COCA SI.

      La coca es parte de nuestra cultura y no porque se le dé un uso indebido se le pretenda arrancar de nuestras raíces.
