      Mmm this sweetened purple sticky rice reminds me of this dessert in Thailand.... I'm sure they must taste similar.. The recipe and pie looks sooo good... I might have to make this sometime.

      thanks, everyone. and azwebear -- i bet it does taste very similar. it's basically the same sticky rice we usually eat at thai restaurants. :)
