Oh, I love this. My older baby has fallen back in love with the sling now that baby sister is in it a lot- I think she just needs the extra snuggles! So sweet.

Still can't comment on the Typepad sites- it's baffling me.
Anyhoo- This was the sweetest post ever. My second child has been so much more independent than the first. She weaned herself sooner and she really started disliking the sling very early. Little devil. I wish I could have savored the closeness a little longer. Sniff.

I've had (still have ) such a wonderful experience with the sling- for both my children. I find myself promoting the sling, more often than not, in my work as a mother/baby nurse. It makes for such a happy, content and secure little baby. Calvin looks so sweet all snuggled up. You're never to big for a good snuggle,kisses and hugs from mama!

ahhhh. makes my heart break a little. i have a natural parenting shop and my 6yo still likes to show people how I can wear her. but she is soo big that her head is above mine, and her feet hit my knees. sob. thanks for the swift catch of breath that your image gave me.
