   Sherpa on the cuffs and bottom - if it isn't european, it's probably 70s? The neck looks a bit 60s.

    craftwerks - I can't really tell! I wish I knew more. There are no labels, and the 'cuff' has been handsewn on, but is in great need of repair. the middle button is missing too. But after that, (and after I lose, um, 5 pounds) this will surely be my favorite new coat!
