Oh my, count me in, too. Four loaves, two different kinds, keeping the radio and the endless speculation OFF... just hoping... I thought about using the mixer to mix them up but decided the hand kneading was necessary today -- for sure -- for exactly the same reasons! Fingers firmly crossed.

oh seriously. i'm worthless at my desk today (clearly). all i can do is look at different news sites and then nervously close the windows. i have a feeling i'll be first in line tomorrow just because i won't be able to sleep!

What a great way to use up nervous energy! At this point I can't really concentrate on something to long-my stomach even does flip-flops when I think about the results coming in tommorrow night!

we baked yesterday, so even though we dont count as a vote, we sure count as good vibration. we shall bake another today and tomorrow and the day after. and on a side note, ive been throttling around and about the entire city looking for a wood chopping/bread board. can you believe i havent found one anywhere? just plastic plastic plastic. sorta makes me sad that i have to order one from overseas. could that be possible?!

And Van, maube you can make your own board! I saw a little precious kitchen you made... We use much wooden boards here. They are so good indeed.

Cant keep still. Just waiting for my bread to rise. Kneading is so good for the soul. I pray Obama wins. Just baked a strawberry jam roly-poly, and slow cooking a chilli. Fingers crossed x
