Made bread this week for one of the first
times (acoustic!), and it did not turn out so
well-gummy and bland. This inspires me to
try again. Do you bake, then freeze, or do
you freeze the dough? I think I'm going to
try your WHO bread next...
hjhiemke - well, this is the Tassajara basic
Yeasted Bread, which makes two loaves. We
usually eat them both over a couple of days.
But sometimes I toss one in the freezer
(after baking, cooling and slicing). It's
great to have on hand for french toast, or
toast, or bread crumbs needed in recipes.
