    And so that means we'll be eating these soon. Shucks. ;)

    what about putting the wax at the top? i'm going to talk to my mom about that. we always did that. I don't remember any boiling after it went in the jars. hmmm.....need to check.

    yeah...there are just a small handful that have 'too much' space, so I think I'll freeze those. I'm not worried about the rest. I've tested the vacuum, and we'll eat them soon, I am quite sure.
