needles

Surprisingly, after using mostly wood needles, I'm loving the click-click of the aluminum.

Oh, lucky you! I would just about die if I saw a full set of 2nd hand interchangeable needles out for sale.

A friend thrifted a set like these for me several years ago. Is the outside pretty and starry? Unfortunately, the cords in my set are really stiff, making them too hard to actually knit with. Still, they're nice to look at, all neat and tidy in there.

Sigh, thanks for not telling us how much they were. I can't believe someone parted with these!

I have a similar, albeit smaller set, that I received as a gift and just adore. It's so nice always having the size you need...

So the needles join onto the different length of cords - clever stuff! I've not seen a set like this before.

My mom in law got me a set of interchaneable needles a few years ago, and I love them. The only problem I have is that they come undone after a bit of use. Anyone have any tips? I've tried tightening them as much as I can, but it doesn't seem to matter how much I od. They'll become untwisted after an hour or so.
