31.366 : Uhm dad the pillow is Noming me. I still can't believe they let me come home with you. You better hope the hospital people don't see this. Home less than 4 hrs and i am being Nommed by a pillow. Not cool dad.

30.366 : For just a minute frazzled for a lifetime elated

Came home to get the house in order (we should be coming home tomorrow) as we had orignally had planned to do a home birth but after laboring for 19 hours at home and then stalling, we headed to the hospital to induce. Then after laboring for another 15 hours at the hospital with induction procedures and stalling at 6cm, we went ahead and did a c section for the health of momma and baby. It was a LONG 3 days.

anyway I walked in the door this afternoon and for a minute went HOLY SHIT, I got a son and felt really frazzled. Then a feeling of peace settled through me and things were all good. I imagine this will come and go the next couple days as we settled into this new phase of our lives.

on a side note, the lil man is an expert breastfeeder, that's my boy. :)
