Gumbo Style Chicken Creole
Celebrating Mardi Gras with Creole Style Chicken Gumbo. The recipe is here allrecipes.com/Recipe/Gumbo-Style-Chicken-Creole/Detail.a.... It's called gumbo style chicken creole. I changed the recipe by omitting the mushrooms and substituting celery and using cayenne instead of hot pepper sauce. I also added chicken broth because the mixture was a little dry.
