Proofing Bread in a Dehydrator
Dehydrators are good for more than drying food.
Today I used mine to proof homemade bread. Winter makes for a cooler house and my bread likes the warmth. No problem. I just set the dehydrator to the lowest setting and let the bread rise in there.
