It's true Instagram can make any meal looks delicious! Here is my version of a poor man's gourmet fish dinner. Broiled hake over whole grain rice infused with cilantro pest, topped with breadcrumbs, peanuts and homemade salsa... And a side of green beans
Dinner in less than 15 minutes. Home grown pork chops over Berlin's best salad greens. So easy and delicious!
Hate to brag but our backyard dinner was perfect. Our pork roast, carrots, onions, potatoes and homemade biscuits.
Somebody thinks they are going to get a venison stick...

All went well today with the pigs. And now the house smells like leaf lard rendering.... Yum
Our 7 pigs will meet the butcher early in the morning. They will be missed and we are grateful to eat #realfood with dignity. They had it good, now it's time for bacon.
I planted many seeds this year on the farm and I grew some really cool things. None as precious as this one here.
